The promises

Trust is earned. Here's ours, in writing.

You've heard studios promise before. So have we — that's why these come with structure behind them, not just sincerity.

The list

What we promise every player.

No cash shop. Ever.

No store, no coins, no bundles, no "cosmetic-only" storefront that grows teeth later. There is nothing to buy inside this world, and there never will be.

No pay-to-win. Ever.

Power comes from playing — from skill, time, judgment, and nerve. Nothing that affects your strength will ever cost real money, directly or dressed up as convenience.

One subscription. Free to visit, forever.

Anyone can play free in the starting region for as long as they like — real combat, real exploration, real company — and judge us before spending a cent. One subscription, identical for everyone, opens the whole world and the player economy. No tiers, no ladders, no fine print.

Cosmetics are earned, not sold.

The way you look tells the world what you've done — a trophy, not a transaction. The one exception: a founder's keepsake offered once, when we ask for backing, and then never sold again.

No dark patterns.

No loot boxes. No battle passes. No expiring rewards engineered to make you afraid to log off. No fake countdowns, no cancellation mazes. We want you here because the world is good — not because leaving was made to hurt.

Your progress is permanent.

No seasonal wipes, no resets, no re-buying your own achievements. The world persists, and so does everything you did in it.

The server code sits in escrow.

An independent third party holds the server code under release conditions that punish betrayal: if we break the core promises on this page, we lose our exclusive grip on the world. We made keeping our word a matter of survival — on purpose.

We run in the open.

Our players get an honest, regular picture of how the studio is doing — the good months and the hard ones. A community that shares the road deserves to see it.

You'll have a real voice.

Players advise, loudly and publicly, and we listen for real — while the studio keeps creative control, because design-by-committee is its own way of breaking a world. And if a decision would ever change who this studio answers to, you'll hear it from us first, openly, before it happens.

No NDAs for playtesters.

Test the game, then say whatever you honestly think, wherever you like. If we're not ready to hear it, we're not ready to ship it.

The paper behind it

Promises with teeth take lawyers, not vibes.

Everything above is the plain-English version. The precise, binding version — the escrow's exact release conditions, the transparency commitments, the consequences, all of it reviewed by counsel so it actually holds — is the Community Trust Charter.

The full charter publishes before we ever ask anyone for money. That's a promise about the promises.

The business model

Simple enough to fit in a sentence.

Visit free, forever. Subscribe to live here. That's the whole business.

Visit — free, forever

The starting region is yours for as long as you want it: fight, explore, group up, take your time deciding whether we've earned you.

Subscribe — the whole world

One fair subscription opens everything: the full map, the player economy, trade, property, and a stake in how the world's story goes.

Back it — once

When the campaign opens, founders can pick up the one keepsake pack we'll ever sell — a thank-you for believing early, closed forever at launch.

Never for sale, at any price:

Power. Gear. Gold or currency. Experience or progression of any kind. Drop rates. Loot boxes. Battle passes. Cosmetics (beyond the founder's keepsake). Safety. Or you — we don't sell players to anyone, and nobody here is the product.
